- Add `omp cleanse` command and workflow execution infrastructure.
- Implement project file discovery, automatic checker execution, and multi-format diagnostic parsing.
- Provide subagent dispatch, session runtime, and task balancing with bin packing.
- Include comprehensive tests for diagnostic parsing and orchestration loops.
`omp marketplace add xyz` and the other documented `omp plugin <action>`
verbs (marketplace, discover, upgrade, uninstall, enable, disable) were
never registered top-level commands, so `resolveCliArgv` forwarded the
whole argv to `launch` as an LLM prompt. The #2935 guard only caught
bare single-word verbs, missing the multi-word documented grammar.
Extended `reservedTopLevelWordMessage` to hint at the real
`omp plugin <action>` command for these verbs when used bare, with a
marketplace sub-action, or with a `name@marketplace` plugin id, while
genuine prose prompts beginning with the same words still route to
`launch`.
Fixes#4845
`omp --approval-mode=yolo acp` was rewritten to `launch --approval-mode=yolo
acp`, swallowing `acp` as a launch prompt so the yolo override never reached the
ACP command path (the ACP permission gate from #2097 stayed in always-ask).
`resolveCliArgv` only inspected `argv[0]`, so any leading global option flag hid
the real subcommand. It now scans past leading flags using the launch parser's
value-consumption contract (a flag's value is never mistaken for the subcommand,
e.g. `--model acp`) and hoists the recognized subcommand to the front with the
flags preserved as its own argv. Genuine launch prompts are untouched.
The flag value-consumption rule is factored into `cli/flag-tables.ts`
(`flagConsumesValue` + the shared `isUnknownLongValueCandidate`) so the resolver
and the profile bootstrap share one source of truth.
Fixed permission mode not respected in ACP mode ([#2970](https://github.com/can1357/oh-my-pi/issues/2970))
Fixes#2970
The plugins docs advertise `omp list`/`omp remove` as top-level commands,
but only `omp install` is registered. `resolveCliArgv` rewrote any
unregistered first-arg to `launch`, so `omp list` silently started an
interactive agent session with "list" as the LLM prompt instead of
managing plugins.
Reserve the bare, documented-but-unregistered plugin verbs `list` and
`remove` with a helpful hint pointing at the real `omp plugin list` /
`omp plugin uninstall <name>` commands (same `extensions` mechanism /
same class as the `install` leak fixed in #1496/#1498). Multi-word
prompts that merely begin with those words still route to `launch`, so
genuine prompts are unaffected.

Bug 1: capability loaders in src/discovery/builtin.ts only walked
.omp/ and ~/.omp/agent/, so extension packages registered via
extensions: in settings or --extension on the CLI shipped their
skills/, hooks/pre|post/, tools/, commands/, rules/, prompts/, and
.mcp.json silently — the docs at omp.sh/docs/extension-authoring
advertise the opposite. Add a new omp-plugins discovery provider that
scans every configured extension package directory for those
sub-trees, plus a small omp-extension-roots helper that resolves the
union of settings-driven and CLI-injected roots. main.ts injects CLI
extension paths via injectOmpExtensionCliRoots before any capability
load.
Bug 2: install was never registered as a top-level subcommand, so
`omp install ./my-extension` was rewritten to `launch install
./my-extension` and forwarded to the LLM as an initial prompt. Add a
top-level install command that routes local paths to plugin link and
remote specs to plugin install. Extract the command table into
src/cli-commands.ts so tests can introspect registered subcommands
without triggering cli.ts's top-level await.
