can1357	abc152e5ca	fix(test): write loader fixtures before module resolution warms Bun dir cache ... PR #2297's new test interleaved fixture writes with loader calls in one temp dir; Bun's resolver caches directory entries process-wide, so tool.ts written after loadExtensions() resolved extension.ts was invisible to the subsequent dynamic import on macOS.
