Extended the OTLP export bootstrap beyond traces so omp emits the full
OpenTelemetry signal set from a single session.
- Registered a LoggerProvider + BatchLogRecordProcessor and a MeterProvider
+ PeriodicExportingMetricReader when their OTLP endpoints (or the shared
endpoint) are set, each gated independently by OTEL_*_EXPORTER=none,
OTEL_SDK_DISABLED, and http/protobuf protocol checks.
- Bridged the centralized logger through a new registerLogSink API so every
log event also becomes an OTLP log record with severity, attributes, and
active span context for log-trace correlation (min level via OTEL_LOG_LEVEL).
- Recorded gen_ai.client.token.usage and pi.omp.agent.* metrics from the
agent run summary and per-chat usage hooks, and emitted a structured run
summary log event.
- Added an out-of-process logs+metrics probe and gating tests covering the
per-signal kill switches.

- Removed the Google Interactions transport and deleted interaction-specific request options from the shared AI stream typing/API surface.
- Simplified Google provider routing to eliminate interactions auto-selection logic and keep `streamGoogle` on the `:streamGenerateContent` path.
- Updated Vertex request handling to use resolved stream hosts without `/interactions`/`Api-Revision` and removed related interaction constants.
- Deleted obsolete Interactions tests and updated remaining Google stream tests to no longer reference `useInteractionsApi`/`storeInteraction`/`previousInteractionId`.
- Introduced `resolveArmLaunch` to inherit dataset, task samples, and configurations from existing experiment arms for consistent comparisons.
- Added a POST `/api/experiments/:id/arms` endpoint to programmatically launch new arms within an experiment.
- Created `scripts/dev.ts` and `vite.config.ts` to provide a unified development environment with React Fast Refresh and API proxying.
- Integrated an "Add Arm" UI component in the dashboard to allow user-driven experimental variants.
- Configured Vite to proxy requests to the Bun API server, improving iteration speed during dashboard development.
- Implemented a unified benchmark normalization layer to handle metrics and artifacts across harbor, edit, and snapcompact benchmarks.
