Added a canonical guide for the Agent Hub roster, transcript, steering, revive, kill, persisted-agent, and advisor workflows.

Linked the guide from task-agent, TUI, keybinding, collaboration, advisor, and website documentation.

can1357 61a57c1d21 fix(coding-agent): stabilized streaming TUI rendering with readonly rows and memoized reuse 
- Changed render methods to return component-owned `readonly string[]` rows.
- Added `RenderStablePrefix` row reuse to avoid repainting unchanged streaming content.
- Stabilized streaming gutters and spinner placement to reduce preview jitter and flicker.
- Finalized commit-safe transcript behavior for tool-call previews and added streaming edge-case tests.

can1357 1ebe2c7484 feat(packages/tui-and-shared-tooling-primitives): added TUI terminal support 
- Made `Component.invalidate` optional in `packages/tui/src/tui.ts` and callsites.
- Added `iconOverride` support to status-line rendering in `status-line.ts`.
- Added `borderColor` and `framedBlock()` primitives in `output-block.ts` for framed output styling.
- Adjusted `renderOutputBlock()` to draw a continuous border when no header text is present.
- Added terminal checkpoint-reconciliation tests in `submit-checkpoint-reconcile.test.ts` for pinned-tail behavior.

can1357 2e45297c43 docs(docs): moved documentation to root docs directory and updated all references 
- Moved documentation files from packages/coding-agent/docs/ to root docs/ directory to flatten the documentation structure.
- Updated all internal documentation links to account for the new file locations, adjusting relative paths to maintain correct references across the monorepo.
- Updated README.md and issue template configuration to reference documentation at the new root docs/ location instead of packages/coding-agent/docs/.
