Previously ReadToolGroupComponent completely ignored the expanded
state and discarded result content, making read tool output invisible
in the TUI (only showed a one-line path summary with no file content).
Changes:
- Store expanded state in #expanded field (was discarded with _ prefix)
- Store result content text in ReadEntry.contentText (was thrown away)
- Show a small code preview (3 lines) by default in collapsed mode
- Show full file content when expanded via Ctrl+O
- Uses renderCodeCell with PREVIEW_LIMITS.OUTPUT_COLLAPSED for
consistent truncation with "... N more lines (Ctrl+O for more)" hint
This brings read tool output in line with bash and grep tools which
already show previews when collapsed.
- Removed complex fuzzy matching logic including Levenshtein distance calculation and similarity scoring in favor of a simpler glob-based suffix pattern approach. Replaced findReadPathSuggestions with findUniqueSuffixMatch that returns a path only when exactly one candidate matches, eliminating ambiguous suggestions. Removed legacy ttsr_trigger and ttsrTrigger fields from RuleFrontmatter interface.
- Changed TextInput type parameter to string in truncateToWidth(), visibleWidth(), sliceWithWidth(), and extractSegments() functions in native bindings.
- Removed TextInput type export from public API of pi-natives package.
- Removed format.ellipsis symbol from theme configuration, replacing all theme-based ellipsis references with hardcoded Unicode ellipsis character (...).
- Removed ellipsis property from SymbolTheme interface in pi-tui package.
- Removed truncateToWidth, sliceWithWidth, and extractSegments wrapper functions from pi-tui public API, now re-exporting directly from pi-natives.
