- Large-paste menu now saves pastes as local://paste-N.md instead of
local://attachment-N, giving the artifact a markdown extension and a
clearer name.
- Removed `onPasteFilePath` handler to prevent automatic background file attachment when pasting paths.
- Updated `CustomEditor` to treat non-image paths as literal text input.
- Cleaned up unused file system utilities and paste path resolution logic.
Converted bracketed non-image filesystem path pastes into session-local attachment references while preserving the existing image path flow.
Added regression coverage for editor routing and controller local file attachment behavior.

Migrate 203 test files (356 call sites) from fs.rm/fs.rmSync to
removeWithRetries/removeSyncWithRetries to reduce EBUSY test failures
on Windows. removeWithRetries is now exported from @oh-my-pi/pi-utils.
The migration uses a regex-based approach that:
- Replaces fs.rm(path, { recursive, force }) → removeWithRetries(path)
- Replaces fs.rmSync(path, { recursive, force }) → removeSyncWithRetries(path)
- Replaces fs.rm(path) → removeWithRetries(path) (no options)
- Skips fs.rm/fs.rmSync inside template literals (bun --eval scripts)
- Adds imports to existing @oh-my-pi/pi-utils import or creates new one
- Removes unused fs imports where fs.rm was the only fs usage (4 files)
- Added model-to-syntax mapping in catalog with preferred tool-call syntax API.
- Added `ToolExample` typing and `ToolCallSyntax` exports across tool/grammar interfaces.
- Added syntax-aware tool example rendering through provider-specific grammar invocations.
- Added `exampleSyntax` context flow and example metadata so rendered prompts include examples.
- Replaced large-paste wrap options with a single `<attachment>` wrapper action.
- Added explicit local-file attachment and inline paste choices to the selector.
- Updated the changelog to document the new large-paste action set.
- Stopped and cleared the working loader before auto-compaction and auto-retry.
- Ensured stale loadingAnimation is removed so agent_start recreates the Working loader.
- Set catalog model input/output costs to 0.09/0.18 and reduced maxTokens to 65536.
