/vibe (a full director/worker orchestration mode) had no user-facing
documentation, and /fresh appeared only as a matrix row in the
session-operations doc whose title already promised a "fresh" section.
Neither was mentioned in the README.
- Add docs/vibe-mode.md: enable/disable, fast/good worker tiers, the five
vibe_* control tools, and the director workflow.
- Add a "## Fresh" section to the session-operations doc describing the
provider-stream/session-state reset and its contrast with /new and /drop.
- Add a "Session controls" subsection to the README linking both docs.

- Persisted an inherited provider prompt-cache key on full session forks while keeping the child OMP session id independent.
- Added --prompt-cache-key and SDK startup inheritance so explicit cache affinity is separate from provider session routing.
- Cleared automatic inherited keys when model, thinking, system prompt, or tool schema inputs change.

- Implemented `previewLine` utility in `coding-agent` to prevent visual spillover in status rows by managing text truncation and whitespace.

- Added a `share.store` configuration option (`blob` | `gist`) that allows users to choose between the default share server or a GitHub gist for storing exported session data.
- Changed the default upload target from secret GitHub gists to the share server to avoid GitHub API rate limits for shared sessions.
- Enabled fallback to the share server when a gist upload fails or the GitHub CLI is unavailable.
- Added `packages/collab-web/src/tool-render/`: a per-tool React renderer suite (one view per built-in tool) with common `ToolView` chrome, a `tv-` CSS design system, a registry, and an `<omp-tool-view>` web-component wrapper (`element.tsx`, `standalone.tsx`).
- Switched collab-web transcript `ToolCard` to the per-tool renderers instead of the generic args/result JSON dump, and threaded a `ToolRenderHost` through `Transcript`/`AgentDrawer`/`app.tsx` so task-card agent chips drill into the matching subagent drawer.
- Added `scripts/build-tool-views.ts` plus the `build:tool-views` script bundling the renderers (React included, `</script` escaped) into the gitignored `coding-agent/src/export/html/tool-views.generated.js`.
- Modernized the coding-agent HTML export chrome in `template.html/css/js` to the tool-card design language and added the `<template-tool-views/>` injection point.
- Showed the standard done checkmark for completed rows in the `job` tool renderer; its changelog line shares a changed run with the restyle entries.
- The session-operations doc gained two adjacent lines; the subagent-transcript one belongs to the upcoming /share commit but is inseparable from the tool-view line.
When a session's working directory is moved or renamed (e.g. `git worktree
move`), the session file stays under the old cwd-encoded bucket while the new
directory is empty. Resuming was lossy:
- `--continue` rejected the terminal breadcrumb purely on cwd mismatch and then
found nothing in the new bucket, silently starting a fresh empty session.
- cross-project `--resume <id>` only offered to *fork* (duplicate) the session
into the new directory, forcing manual id selection and leaving a stale copy.
Detect relocation via the strong, low-false-positive signal "recorded cwd no
longer exists on disk" and re-root in place with the existing `moveTo()`:
- `continueRecent` re-roots the terminal's last session into the current
directory when its recorded cwd is gone and the new location has no sessions
of its own (otherwise behavior is unchanged). `readTerminalBreadcrumb` is
refactored into `readTerminalBreadcrumbEntry` returning the raw cwd +
session file so callers can interpret a cwd mismatch.
- cross-project `--resume <id>` offers "Move (re-root)" instead of fork when the
source directory is gone; a still-existing different project still forks.
Tests: continue-relocation (re-root on move, no-hijack on plain cd, prefer
local recent) and cross-project move-vs-fork routing.
- Added `AgentSession.freshSession()` to rotate provider-facing IDs and prune provider stream state.
- Added `/fresh` command handling in the builtin registry and mode command flow.
- Kept persisted session metadata intact during `/fresh` and cleared transient IDs on session switches.
- Invalidated `appendOnlyContext` and provider caches when refreshing provider state.
- Moved documentation files from packages/coding-agent/docs/ to root docs/ directory to flatten the documentation structure.
- Updated all internal documentation links to account for the new file locations, adjusting relative paths to maintain correct references across the monorepo.
- Updated README.md and issue template configuration to reference documentation at the new root docs/ location instead of packages/coding-agent/docs/.
