feat: enhanced usage providers to extract account identifiers from headers

- Enhanced usage providers to extract account identifiers from response headers. - Fixed GitHub Copilot usage provider token handling and account identifier resolution. - Added usage report deduplication and provider sorting features. - Added isolated task execution with git worktree management.
