feat(coding-agent/modes): added arrow-key based tab switching in the agent dashboard

- Mapped the right arrow key to advance tabs in the agent dashboard.
- Mapped the left arrow key to reverse tabs alongside shift+tab.
- Kept existing tab and shift+tab handling intact for backward-compatible navigation.
