refactor(coding-agent): renamed small to smol consistently

- Renamed SMALL_MODEL_PRIORITY to SMOL_MODEL_PRIORITY
- Renamed findSmallModel to findSmolModel
- Updated all role strings from 'small' to 'smol'
- Updated UI labels and comments
